Deluxe club house is looking for Sous Chef with high creativity, good management skills.

Job responsibilities:

• Planning and managing the day-to-day operations of the production kitchen of Delexe Club House. 
• Manage the stock level.
• Prepare the food for club house guests.
• Cooking for Asian Cuisine ( Singapore, Malay, Thai), mainly focus on Malay.
• Monitor food production, quality, hygiene and consistency according to recipes and Club's standards.
• Assist in preparing annual budget and handling administrative work, such as food ordering, manage the stock level and staff roster.
• Supervise junior chef, provide coaching team members for product enhancement. 

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Sous Chef in 5-star hotels, delux club house or reputable large catering organisations.
• High creativity, good administrative skills and computer literacy
• Hands-on approach to training, development and service excellence
• Excellent people management practices with good communication skills in English.
• Non-tertiary education in any disciplinary.
