Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, schedule, mentor and evaluate Team Members
• Ensure that linen supplies and restocking requirements are addressed
• Monitor and manage operating supplies
• Manage rotational or periodic cleaning programs, eg. mattress turning etc.
• Ensure that VIP arrivals and in house requirements are dealt with
• Liaise with Front Office for special requests
• Ensure clean, safe and pleasing environment for guests and team members
• Make sure that resources are effectively controlled and used.  Equipment, amenities and building fabrics are properly maintained
• Advise on special events and decorations as required, i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Housekeeping Department with at least 6 years in supervisory level
• Excellent in housekeeping staff scheduling, operations and leadership
• Ability to guide, coach and motivate departmental members
• Strong commitment to service excellence
• Strong communication skills with all Departments to have a good understanding of other Departments’ operational flows
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Executive Housekeeper
