Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing promotions and programs /activities to drive business and building brands of all the restaurants
• Create and proofread of high quality F&B promotional materials, e.g. press releases, brochures and collateral in English and Chinese.
• Keep abreast of industry and local market trends, PR and Social Media activity, generate ideas for marketing campaigns
• Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive F&B market trends to identify opportunities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications / Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing, with 2 years experience in F&B industry is preferred.
• Work independently as well as a team player.
• Good commend of both spoken and written English is a must.
