Le Quinze Vins (LQV) is a family business specialising in the French Food Industry (Wine, Cheese, Meat, Bakery, Pastry and Groceries). Its know-how is to select directly from French producers high quality products, in order to offer them to a demanding clientele of connoisseurs. The history of each product, their origins, their manufacture are part of the experience that our customers love to share in our points of sale.

LQV is looking for his new Assistant Shop Manager for his Shop in Central and in Wan Chai.

Job Summary

We are looking for someone willing to learn about French gastronomy (Cheese, Meat, Bakery, Pastry and Groceries) and Wine with passion. Our international team is made of motivated and open minded people constantly willing to learn about French gastronomy and serve the customer at their best.

Together with our Shop Manager, you will learn about our products and help in everyday duties.

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from the warehouse
• Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
• Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for
• Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till
• Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
• Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours
• Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times

Qualifications and Skills

Service oriented, dynamic and willing to learn

• Interested and excited by working in the F&B industry and gaining an expert knowledge about French Gastronomy and Wine

• Very good English and communication skills

Knowing the standards of Hygiene in F&B is a plus

Required Profile

You have at least one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in Food and Beverages.

8 rest days per month
