Responsibilities: 

• Assist Operation team to coordinate and execute events for the residents
• Handle customers' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Manage daily operation to deliver excellent customer experience

Requirements:

• 1-2 years working experience in event management / customer service 
• Background in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation or co-working environments will be a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin
• Customer-oriented, proactive and creative
