Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to deliver quality services and maximize apartment revenue
• Respond for daily operations & in charge of leasing issues
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Analysis customers feedback and recommend appropriate improvement
• Build up good relationship with corporations, agencies and customers
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• University graduate in Hospitality management or related disciplines
• 4-8 years relevant experience or above in managing hotel or serviced apartment operation at supervisory level
• Experience in handling leasing enquiries, marketing and tenancy matters is advantage
• Customer-oriented and well-organized with good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
• Strong team leadership with commitment
• Good time management and flexible in handling multiple assignments
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
