Job Description

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with international exposure. You will being a key member in the kitchen to run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing great quality food, and working closely with restaurant managers in the overall food and beverage operations of the restaurant.

What you will be doing :
Responsible for the food preparation and the kitchen operation, particularly fresh seafood.

In charge the signature item Sin Lola.

Ensure the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained.

Ensure all food products are produced in a professional manner and meet the company quality standard.

Work closely with Executive Chef for menu development, and quality control.

Assist to hire, train, and develop kitchen team members.

What we are looking for :
Hungry to think / develop new outstanding items

Experience in menu development.

Good skills and knowledge to handing fresh seafood

Experience in fine dining and Michelin starred restaurant is a MUST

Good skills for training

Have international exposure will be advantage

Good team player

Experience in fusion food restaurant will be advantage

Sounds knowledge about Japan / Korea food and ingredients

Passionate about people and able to develop your team along with you

Excellent spoken and written English, able to speak and knowing others language be big plus

Able to source different ingredient make the new products

Formal culinary education background is highly preferred
