LQV is looking for his new Head Chef for his French Restaurant that is set to rock the hospitality scene in Hong Kong with a mediterranean place where client will enjoy an exceptional French wine selection (+1500 French Wines) to pair with Fine French food.

Kitchen:

- Supervise & manage daily kitchen operation,

- Design and create menus following seasonal ingredients . Creativity is a key element.

- Manage food cost and food quality as per company standards

- Minimize food wastage

- Work in collaboration with our Sommelier’s team on wine pairing menu thanks to our extensive wine list.

- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

- Work with the Head offices for hiring, managing and training of the kitchen staff .

- Carry out any other duties as required by F&B management such as stock take, staff evaluation, daily meetings with floor Managers/Staff etc…

Requirement:

· 4+ years of experience relevant working background (Michelin Star Restaurants, French Bistro, Gastro..) with at least 3 years' management experience leading a team

· Must have in-depth knowledge and hands on experience in French cuisine.

· Proficient in managing the kitchen during busy services without compromising the quality of the food standard set by the company.

· Good communication & motivational skills

· Proactive, disciplined and punctual

· English speaking is a must, French speaking is a plus
