Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager for the operation of the restaurant
- Greet customers, handle customers' orders and enquiries, table setup & cleaning
- Provide high quality service standard and provide recommendations on food and beverage items in a professional manner to customers
- Create Beverage Program
- Order Beverages and maintain inventory
- Generate and manage cost reports
- Responsible of daily operation of outlets and report to Restaurant Manager
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Holder of relevant beverage and wine qualification such as WSET is advantages
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Enjoy working independently on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
- Generous Annual leave entitlement :10 days
- Regular off per month: 6 days
