Company Description

Our client is a global leading food brand with solid business and long history in Hong Kong. Because of business needs, a position is raised for the Assistant Production Manager/ Senior Officer to join and manage the food production team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the production site and ensure the smooth running.
• Maintain the hygiene standard and work closely with the quality team to ensure the best quality of food is produced.
• Coordinate with retail and sales team for inventory and production planning.
• Manage the production team, mainly simple English speakers, on manpower arrangement as well as performance management.
• Work closely with the R&D team for seasonal and festival product development and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in production or supply chain related discipline.
• At least 2 years of food production experience with at least 1 years in managerial grade.
• Excellent leadership and planning skills. Able to work with the teams.
• Independent and organized candidate is preferred.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential
