Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Implement food and quality standards in Raw Material and Supplier Quality Management System
- Review new material specification and update existing materials regularly
- Monitor progress of new material specification review and relevant complaint follow-up
- Provide technical support to Business Units and related parties on inquiries about raw materials, food regulations and related quality matters
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Conduct supplier on-site visit for quality continuous improvement and development if needed, areas located in HK, mainland China or overseas
- Bachelor degree holder in Food Science or equivalent
- Min. 4 years of working experience in QA dept. of catering services or food industry; or relevant experience in food safety auditing related business will also be considered
- Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Experience in QA work at regulation compliance and supplier management is ideal
