Responsibilities
(Long-term Contract)

The incumbent will assist the restaurant manager in daily operation of the restaurant and manage the staff performance to ensure an effective delivery of food service at high standard. S/he will also coordinate with different department to support banquet functions in the Park.

Requirements:

- Form 6 or above, with qualification in Hotel/ Catering Management
- With at least 1 year's experience in restaurant/banquet operations at supervisory level
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coaching skills to lead restaurant team
- Computer literacy in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to work on shift duties during weekends and public holidays
