Job Description

Job duties:

  • Formulate marketing and business development strategies to define an outstanding corporate image and achieve sales target
  • Develop ATL & BTL materials to promote corporate image, including but not limited to set up and manage company website and social media platforms, content writing and data analysis. Manage all advertising material and advertising placement processes
  • Produce high quality advertising, promotion, packaging, visual merchandising materials, POSM and premium, as well as construct effective media plans and support PR and market research initiatives
  • Liaise with external agencies and designer on specific projects to ensure meeting the deadline
  • Organize advertising and promotional activities to drive sales for our shops and products
  • Monitor and control advertising budgets and expenses in a cost effective way
  • Explore new initiatives/ cooperation platform and any other business opportunities
  • Manage projects from initiation, planning, design to roll-out, including product launch, shop opening, company activities, exhibition, joint promotion, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure effective and quality execution of sales and marketing programs
  • Monitor, review and evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing program and promotion. Advise opportunities for improvements and further development
  • Prepare periodic reports to the Management. Directly report to CEO & COO
  • Business travel is required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing with a minimum 8 years work experience in Corporate Communication
  • 3 years’ proven track record in marketing and business development, experience in F&B/ Catering industry is a MUST
  • Solid experience in online marketing and social media campaign
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aggressive, creative, efficient, organized, multi-tasking and energetic
  • Good project and time management, able to work under tight deadline and over time
  • Excellent both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
