Responsibilities include:
Supervise room attendant

Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and adjoining public areas

Train, coach and motivate room attendants in providing clean and comfortable stay to guests by following the cleaning procedure consistently

Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms

Coordinate with Front Desk to track readiness of rooms for check-in

Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk

Assist in preparation and distribution of assignment sheets/workboards to Housekeeping staff

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with at least 1 year in supervisory level

Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

Self-motivated and hardworking
