Job Description

Mental Wellness “Lay Leader” Training and Promotion Project

Responsibilities:
  • To assist and support the logistics arrangement on all mental health education and promotion activities, as well as the training workshops throughout the project;
  • To provide timely follow up and support to the lay leaders for arrangement and monitoring their practicum schedule;
  • To coordinate the establishment of Wellness Tool Hub;
  • To assist in the development of guided mental health self-management protocol and public education activities;
  • To assist in communication with internal and external stakeholders, analysis of research data and report writing;
  • To be responsible for processing procurement requests for goods and services, keeping financial and assets records updated and preparing relevant reports for auditing; and
  • To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Psychology, Marketing or Communication;
  • 2 years’ relevant work experience;
  • Proficient in research-related software application (SPSS);
  • Resourceful with good communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
