Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide procurement and contract administration services and maintenance contracts
- Organize and facilitate end-to-end procurement processes from tendering process
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the most desirable business and contract terms
- Ensure compliance with established procurement policies; develop and enhance policies according to business needs
- Source new products and support R&D / Marketing on new product development
- Provide analytical support on procurement data
- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives
Requirements: - Degree holder in purchasing/procurement/supply management/business management or related disciplines
- At least 8 years solid experience in Procurement (FMCG background is preferred)
- Solid experience in ERP system (Oracle will be an advantage)
- Less experience will be considerate as Assistant Procurement Manager
- An analytical mind with problem-solving ability
- Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
- Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese ProcessingResponsibilities:
