Responsibilities: 

• Ensure product consistency in quality and presentation meet franchisor standard
• Work closely and communicate with sales team for sales demand, stock ordering and maintenance of stock level
• Monitor teams’ performance, provide on-job-training to uplift the technical skill
• Ensure food safety and maintain kitchen hygiene
• Monitor the sales performance of new launched and promotion items for management review
• Review and analyze the damage & loss of both raw materials and final food products for working out a production schedule that sufficient to meet daily business demand
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen equipment and organising repairs when needed
• Initiating, planning and implementing new product development projects

Requirements: 

• At least 10 years’ experience in Bakery Production, with 3 years in a supervisory position
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications (Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of food safety and raw materials
• Good communication skill and management skill
• Familiar with industry's best practices
• Positive and energetic personality
