Job Descriptions:

• Manage and supervise operation team to provide helpdesk support and operation service of web-based application system and mobile application (Mobile App)
• Supervise the support team to provide the daily technical and operational support
• To provide advice on the technical support on the web-based systems and the mobile app
• To handle daily opertaion and administration duties
• To liaise/test with the developers for bug fixing and apps enhancement

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree or above in any discipline
• At least 3 years working experience
• Solid working experience in IT operational level
• Experience in supporting Android and iOS mobile phone's users
• Experience in project coordination or client services
• Sound experience in supporting web-based system/ mobile app is preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
