Job Description
What you’ll be doing?
- Analyze business processes, identify problem areas of systems and recommend solutions
- Conduct user requirements gathering, system analysis, design and development
- Provide system documentation, functional and technical specifications
- Prepare project schedule and resources requirements; manage requirements and monitor the project progress throughout project life cycles
- Perform quality assurance on project deliverables
- Conduct SIT and support UAT to ensure the enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications
- Prepare documentation and technical specifications
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree holder in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- At least 7 years' practical work experience in Information Technology
- Good analytical mind and problem solving skills with a can-do attribute
- Proficient in Java/Spring Boot, JSP development
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer
- You will have an advantage if you are/ have
- Demonstrated experience in Life Insurance and Employee Benefit Insurance
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML, Crystal Report, Jasper Report, Hibernate, Node.JS and Vue.JS
- Knowledge of AIX/Ubuntu, WebSphere, Oracle, MS SQL, Mobile App development, Visual Basic
