Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting to headquarters and retail stores.
• Support on Microsoft 365 related products and Services. 
• Perform regular server maintenance and application upgrades.
• Monitor and enhance system and network performance.
• Maintain IT inventory record and documents of infrastructure setup.
• Coordinate and implementation IT projects.

 Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Information technology or related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Knowledge and experience in infrastructure such as MS Windows, MS Exchange server, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backup & recovery and system & network monitoring.
•  Basic Knowledge of Firewall, Switching and Routing technologies.
•  Having a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
•  Holder of MCSA/CCNA is an advantage.
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Support.
