Responsibilities

• To administer, document and maintain network environment including hands-on configuration of routers, switches, firewalls and other network appliances
• To administer, document and maintain the Windows server environment including hands-on setup of on-premise Active Directory, AzureAD / O365 and AWS
• To maintain server virtualization environment
• To provide Level 2 technical and IT support services to users
• To assist in security management, BCP planning and outsourced project management
• To monitor the IT System health status, network performance and security control

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in managing Microsoft Windows Server Platform 2012 - 2019, Windows OS 10-11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AWS.
• Hands-on experience in network management: switches, routers and firewall configuration.  
• Proficient with VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems, network load balancers, proxies, wireless controllers and wireless access points.
• Hands-on experience with Powershell scripting is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewall is an advantage.
• Solid experience in infrastructure troubleshooting, project management, implementation and documentation.
• Experience working with virtualization & storage solution is an advantage.
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Prefer CCNA and MCSE holder, holding CCNP is an advantage.
• Prefer CCNA and MCSE holder, holding CCNP is an advantage.
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skill
• Previous experience in supporting critical financial infrastructure is preferred.
