Responsibilities: 

1. Handle general IT support and enquiries to end users.
2. Support system development and enhancement
3. Provide IT Support Windows system hardware and system software maintenance.
4. To assist in IT administration and ad-hoc tasks/projects
5. Servers and network maintenance

 Requirements:

1. Certificate or Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related disciplines; And at least 2 years' experience in the IT helpdesk & Infrastructure areas; And
2. Experienced Windows system admin, skilled at troubleshooting system or network issues; And
3. Solid knowledge in first-line user and technical support with strong skill in trouble-shooting and soft-skill in handling users; And
4. Hands-on experience in using Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016, 2019, Windows desktop; And
5. Basic spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Fresh graduates and candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Support.
7. Working location: Tung Chung/Kwun Tong
