Job Responsibilities:

• Support day to day OA systems operations and company-wide infrastructure and systems
• Perform systems installation and administration works
• Apply production changes and patches to application systems
• Prioritize tasks and complete works in accordance with the planned schedule, and quality and security requirements
• Implement and support different kinds of information security system
• Ensure systems comply with company security policy
• Adhere to our ISO quality standards and C-RAF compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holders in Information Systems, Computer Science or IT related discipline
• 8+ years of relevant working experience in administering Microsoft Windows system and network
• 24 x 7 support on a roster basis with on-call allowance
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Email systems and administration
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with strong communication skills
• Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and a team player
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Advisory Specialist
