Responsibilities:

• Provide technical supervision for the operation system support including but not limited to IT helpdesk, data center operations and production control
• Perform root cause analysis and propose solutions to minimize the impact of problems
• Identify opportunities and lead continuous improvement plans in accordance with ITIL requirements to enhance operational efficiency
• Support the department head to manage operational related costs within allocated budget
• Maintain and monitor the service level and quality performed by the IT service providers and key vendors

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' work experience in a Service Delivery Management role
• In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, ITIL principles, etc.
• Excellent analytical, resource planning and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Linux, Unix, Oracle DB, MongoDB
• Possession of PMP / CCNAP / ITIL certificate is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
