Job Description:

• Implementation of internal and/or clients’ servers, server software and network equipment, including VMware virtualization solutions;
• Setup, installation, configuration, testing, trouble-shooting and fine-tuning of the related components;
• Implementation of system management / monitoring configuration and procedures including backup / restore components;
• Knowledge on Oracle RAC and Database, WebLogic , Solaris
• Set up compilation of reports and updates of manuals and related documentation;
• Preparation of related specifications;
• Preparing and conducting system tests and user acceptance; and
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in IT or related disciplines is preferred
• At least 4 years experience in installation, configuration and support of Solaris, Linux and/or Windows servers
• Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
• Mature, aggressive, flexible, energetic, self-motivated and able to take up challenges and pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese is required
• Candidate with Project management experience will be considered as Maintenance Support Manager
