Role Purpose:

As a Technical Support Specialist in eLab, you will be responsible to enhance the capabilities of the ecommerce systems and ensure that the business can run smoothly.

A typical day in this Role: 

• Daily users/systems support related to e-commerce platform and related applications
• Conduct software testing for system/ program update
• Maintain targeted service level and response time
• Provide technical support , trouble-shooting and administration of software system
• Manage issue logs with maintenance report

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in systems support and software testing

• Be great listeners and observers paying close attention to others
