Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site supports and hardware/software maintenance
- Hardware/software installation on Windows/ Mobile platforms
- Assist to input and update the hardware/software inventory
- Assist supervisors to arrange on-site schedule and technical refreshment issues
- Maintain and enhance internal system to support team operation needs
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/ Degree in Computing/ IT discipline
- 1-2 years of experience or above in IT industry
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Experience in supporting Windows and MS Office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- Experience in supporting email or mobile (iPhone, Android phone) is highly advantage
