Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site supports and hardware/software maintenance
• Hardware/software installation on Windows/ Mobile platforms
• Assist to input and update the hardware/software inventory
• Assist supervisors to arrange on-site schedule and technical refreshment issues
• Maintain and enhance internal system to support team operation needs

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in Computing/ IT discipline
• 1-2 years of experience or above in IT industry
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving & analytical skills
• Experience in supporting Windows and MS Office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
• Experience in supporting email or mobile (iPhone, Android phone) is highly advantage
