Job Description:

• Perform day-to-day system administration for LAN, WAN, Windows, storage, database, email, web and various IT systems
• Provide network support and technical problem for IT systems
• Provide installation and troubleshooting on PCs, servers, applications, networking and hardware issues
• Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for system development and maintenance
• Prepare user guide and conduct user training

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 0-5 years' experience in technical support/ helpdesk support/ system administration/ network/ security or related area
• Hands-on experience in Window Server/ Linux Server is preferred
• Experience in Network/ AD/ Exchange/ Outlook/ Lotus Notesis preferred
• Experience in Database administration, Cloud and virtualization platform administrationis preferred
• Experience in PC LAN/ Web administrationis preferred
• Fresh graduate will be considered
