Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:-

• Cegid system operation, ERP internal process improvement and optimization projects
• Understood users’ operation difficulties and problem-solving, formulate system SOP
• Perform project management, vendor management and quality management for IT projects, including quality assurance of deliverables, progress monitoring, service acceptance, etc
• Provide technical advice & support to the management including researching and evaluating new IT solutions and technologies for business development
• POS online / onsite training
• E-commerce website maintenance and troubleshooting
• Responsible for daily IT support for multiple offices & shops

Requirements

• Degree holder or above with at least 5 years of business process operations, and experience in maintenance, testing, development, and introduction of ERP related programs
• Possess teamwork ability & good logical analysis and work attitude to actively solve problems
• Those who need to be familiar with the Cegid system will be advantage
• Good command of English & Chinese with strong communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
