• Record and report weekly all IT support activities for review and statistics each Friday for previous week
• Maintain IT standards for equipment, software, conventions, settings, etc. to maintain consistency in the company
• Ensure formal approvals are obtained for any IT requests, access or IT purchases by completing the appropriate forms (Network Users Application, IT Request)
• Regular communications with Manager and IT team for progress and issues
• Identify, evaluate, recommend and obtain approval for any new systems before implementation
• Proactively monitor all IT hardware, networks, system jobs, etc. to ensure smooth operations

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience
• Familiar but not limited technologies such as firewalls, switch, server, virtualization, storage, IP Phone systems, CCTV systems
• Ability to communicate, strategize, plan and collaborate with both higher and lower level colleagues
• Familiar with deploying and managing servers and network products is preferred
• Sound project management and IT service management skills
• Experience in outsourcing and vendor management
• Independent, self-motivated and innovative with good problem solving skills. Team-player
