Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department and responsible for implementation and support of Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS).

• Manage and oversee the implementation and rollout of ERKS;
• Review and assess the existing IT infrastructure, user workstations and other peripheral equipment to ensure the compatibility with ERKS;
• Liaise and coordinate with other department, contractors and project stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of ERKS including but not limited to user requirement collection and compilation, and refining application requirements based on users' requirements;
• Provide advice and technical support for ERKS rollout including but not limited to developing user guidelines/manual, conducting change management activities, procurement, installation and configuration of systems, user acceptance, system nursing and project evaluation review;
• Provide advice and technical support for ERKS maintenance including system monitoring, security controls and system patching during system nursing period; and
• Coordinate and collaborate with other department and perform quality assurance on the services and deliverables of contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 6 years IT working experience;
• Minimum 2 years experiences as Senior Systems Analyst or similar capacity;
• Solid working experience in project management and system analysis;
• Solid working experience in IT infrastructure management;
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Self-motivated and good problem solving skills; and
• Hardworking and able to work independently.
