Job Description
Requirements:

- Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrate technical skills on TCP/IP Network, VLAN, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Virtualization, Wi-Fi, DB clustering
- Hands-on experience in supporting Window Server, Linux, Firewall, Router, Cisco switches, Wi-Fi Storage, Sybase & MS SQL with administration and configuration
- Knowledge in Cyber security technology I Data Center Operations
- Basic knowledge in Web and cloud platform
- Strong problem solving and communication skill
- Able to work independently under pressure with tight project timeline
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- System Installation, Maintenance and Performance Tuning
- System administration and trouble shooting
- System backup/recovery and Disaster Recovery with drill run
- System health checking, patch update, system monitoring
- Advise IT solution
- Work with IT contractor on system development
- Deliver high available, reliable and quality IT solutions on schedule to accommodate the business needs
- Implement project including planning, system integration, system test and documentation
- Provide ad-hoc system supports to users when required
- Provide other assistance as reasonably required by the reporting manager
- Able to work outside normal business hours for emergency issues
