About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help and provide technical support to the end user. The ideal candidate should be intellectually curious, open-minded and smart-working. Have an excellent working knowledge of the IT industry as a whole.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support, technical services and daily routine tasks and system operation
• Perform regular system & network review, capacity monitoring, fault diagnosis and incident and change management
• Document procedures and processes when necessary 
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned 

What You’ll Need

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT support, network and infrastructure 
• Experience in Windows, Network infrastructure, NAS, AD, etc.
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, detail-oriented, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese / English
