Responsibilities:

• Perform 2nd tier enduser and backend infrastructure problem solving and troubleshooting
• Participate in the maintenance of overall infrastructure integrity, security, backup, and redundancy
• Participate in a team of experienced infrastructure personnel for support and maintain various application systems
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for new business solutions and problem resolution
• Monitor system issues, identify possible solutions, and perform fix with developers or vendors
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

Requirements:

• High Dip or University degree in computer science
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Window Servers, VMware, Nutanix, HP 3Par, Sonicwall, Fortigate, Cisco Switches and Veeam Backup
• Experience in ManageEngine, Barracuda, AWS and Azure would be an advantage
• Certifications in Cisco CCNP, CCNA or Microsoft MCP would be an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good team player, good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
