Work You'll Do

• Lead and nurture senior client relationships to identify strategic technology needs that drive business and organizational transformation involving technology, digital and data 
• Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience
• Advise the client to make decisions that positively impact return on investment; provides subject matter expertise on sector trends and leading practices
• Make decisions with confidence based on analysis of available information to drive business success
• Generate innovative ideas and turn them into profitable business opportunities for our clients and the Firm
• Leverage financial information and business case to build support for a solution
• Project confidence, establish credibility with and influence clients at all levels
• Sell potential and current clients on consultant’s services and negotiate profitable transactions for the Firm
• Adopt a global approach to networking, building eminence and assembling teams to best serve clients
• Articulate an informed opinion on leading edge technologies and how they affect emerging business models in domain area

We are looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of technology and related consulting experience from a top-tier firm or equivalent, preferably in Hong Kong
• At least 3 years in the last position
• Sound knowledge of consumer/retail business and Hong Kong corporations, experience in FSI is welcome
• General knowledge of emerging technology developments and passion in innovations
• Fluent in English, Cantonese would be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects
• Proven capabilities for team development and coaching
• Proven business and client account development skills
• Proven core consulting skills including: slide design, storyboarding, business and financial acumen, problem solving, analytics, modelling
• Technical skills: strong written and oral communications ability, foster open dialogue amongst the team, strategic thinking, strong organizational capability
• Professional skills: strong networking ability, client management, team management
• Leadership: effectively lead and mentor a team, demonstrated history of taking leadership roles both at work and outside of work
