Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on operations validation, development and implementation.
• Report to Operations Manager to identify operational problems.
• Develop operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and testing alternative approaches.
• Configuration and support in various business applications (e.g. Zendesk, Atlassian Products).
• Liaise with other IT teams, where appropriate, in order to resolve customer requests.
• Documentation of systems and configurations (manuals, checklists, network diagrams, etc.)

Requirements

• University graduate.
• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong understanding of operations, services, and applications.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, etc.)
• Good command of English.
• Open to technological innovations and have a “problem solving with technology” mentality. 
• Always try to creatively work around issues.
