Job Description
Job Purpose:
Develop secure and quality IT system to support and grow DSBG's digital business
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with different teams in the bank to identify business needs/problems and determine functional and non-functional requirements. Formulate technology solutions to address the requirements
- Prepare the documentation for the functional and technical design of the technology solution
- Be the project leader and lead a team of developers (from onshore, offshore or a combination of both) to develop, test and implement technology solutions according to the established processes
- Work closely with other stakeholders of the project team, such as sponsors, business analysts, infrastructure specialists and vendors, to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of the technology solutions
- Be the guardian of system quality and ensure the responsible systems’ ongoing compliance to the quality standards
- Provide production support for the designated areas
- Be the advocate for continuous improvement, suggest and lead the changes to the established processes for better efficiency and effectiveness
- Supports all entities of DSFG including merged and acquired companies
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Over 5 years relevant IT working experience preferable in banking industry
- Experience and proficient in designing and developing e-Banking and Mobile Banking related applications using appropriate technologies, tools and frameworks, such as Angular, Spring Framework, Restful API standards and SQL
- Familiarity with the DevSecOps framework with prior experience in Jenkins, SonarCube, Nexus, GitLab and Checkmarx are preferrd
- Experience in functional and technical specifications documentation, systems design, conduct system test, support user acceptance test
- Advance knowledge in software development life cycle protocols
- Independent and able to deliver quality results under tight schedule
- Good team player, strong communication skills
- Good command in Chinese and English, both in written and spoken
