You will be part of the Professional Services Team to provide IT solution and expertise support and services. The job involves the latest IT products and solutions and Pre-sale services. These included Pre-sale solution consultancy and/or Post-sale solutions integrated, delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide consultative service and technical advice to our business clients 
• Gather customer requirements and prepare solution proposals
• Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
• Keep track on project status and provide professional recommendations
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for order processing and logistic arrangement
• Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
• Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in IT industry.
• Certification holders of System Engineer for Microsoft Azure and/or AWS will be an advantage
• Familiar with Wintel infrastructure platforms and technologies, including Cloud Platform, and Virtualization etc.
• Interest in and understanding of the industry – often a technology-related one
• Strong communication skills and Presentation skills
• A team player who is capable of handling challenges and self-motivated
• Good communication skill: proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience and qualification can be consider as Associate Solution Consultant
