We are seeking a technical support engineer for our government Project.

Job Description

• On-going procurement of IT equipment for the government Department
• Handling users' requests for IT equipment
• To assist in the procurement of IT equipment, including preparation of technical specifications and purchase order;
• To perform operation and maintenance of application systems (Inventory System, MicroStation system and etc);
• To assist in handling users' acquisition and borrowing requests for IT equipment;
• To verify IT Inventory.

Requirement

• Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Practical knowledge and skills in desktop computer installation and related problem solving;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision and;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
