Software Development / Project Manager:
You will be joining an existing team developers as the technical project manager. We develop in 2 weeks sprints using scrum methods.

You will be responsible for:

• Understanding product requirements (features) from client & product teams.
• Turning product features into technical specification.
• Based on features & technical specification, create and amends user stories.
• Understand features priorities and balancing the workload of the team.
• Run development cycle using Scrum framework. (Scrum Master for the team)
• Write Scripts & Documentation to assist smooth deployment by Technical Team.
• Team Building and Bonding, ability to utilize team member strengths and assist team member in area of weakness.
• Stakeholder communication.
• Analysis and reporting.
• Product strategy.
  

Experience Requirement:

• Experience in running development cycle using Scrum framework.
• Experience in scrum stories planning and sprint planning with the team.
• Knowledge in using development tools like: Jira, BitBucket, Confluence.
• Software Technical knowledge to conduct code review with the team, as well as working with QA team to conduct software testing.
  • Technology we use are as follows:
    • Golang, ReactJS, GoDot, Python
    • OS Environment: Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows
    • TestLink for QA Testing Tools
    • Jenkins build environment for Windows and Linux.
