Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for analyzing, maintaining and enhancing a wide range of application systems to support different line of businesses and corresponding users. The incumbent contributes to the I.T. operations and/or projects for enriching customer experience (both in sales and servicing), strengthen security measures, boosting efficiency of the overall operations of Generali offices.
The incumbent should keep abreast of new technologies. Able to adopt the latest technology to support the Company’s strategies.

Main Responsibility:
- Design and develop comprehensive, robust and automated operation process to support various types of insurance products and the corresponding policy servicing & accounting modules
- Build robust application systems with Straight-Through integration with various front-end platforms and business partners by using wide range of Tech Stack from font end to back end including DB systems (COBOL, SSIS, Node.js, NoSQL, WebApp, AWS...etc)
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
- Streamline system processes for system simplification
- Responsible for business requirement analysis, system design, and implementation
- Supporting users of the systems and assist for other BAU activities
- Prepare for functional specification and system documentation, manage project development and implementation as well as supporting users on change control and system updates
- Analyze and identify requirements, bring-in possible solutions, simplicity and improve business
- Execute other projects or assignments as directed by Supervisor
- Undergraduate in Computer Science or IT related Disciplines
- Strong logical thinking
- Clear understandings on RDBMS and programming fundamental
- Knowledge in Java, Python, MS SQL is preferable
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem solving and presentation skills
- Willing to learn and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
