Responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT / Store Projects related activities, primarily for Premium Retail market customers;
• Owner of the assigned tasks, work with all stakeholders, regional partners and customer IT to complete assigned tasks within defined schedule and achieve set targets;
• Involve in project and resources planning activities;
• Monitor and review project progress. Keep all stakeholders informed on project status regularly.
• Coordinate internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes;
• Provide regular and accurate project reporting.

Requirements:

• Good communication skill in English, for speak/listen/read/write;
• Experience in project coordination for Premium Retail customers is preferred;
• Experiences in supporting regional customers is advantage;
• Good knowledge of ITIL disciplines;
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Able to manage sensitive and confidential information;
• Self-motivation and able to take responsibility;
• Able to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
