■ Role

• Provide all-round IT support to clients in a proactive and professional manner via troubleshooting, remote & onsite support on applications, hardware and network issues

 ■ Responsibilities

• Raise ticket and track upgrade on internal ticketing system
• Provide operational and technical support to clients remotely or onsite
• Provide support on Desktop, System and Network related enquires
• Contact end user and notify them if any upgrade and schedule the replacement
• Collect relevant details, and log all incident and request cases on the call logging system
• Escalate requests / technical issues  to vendors and in-house experts when required.
• Keep customers informed on request status and progress and update the cases.
  
• Liaise with stakeholder on procurement and maintaining inventory list. 

 ■ Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
• +2 years of experiences working as an IT support, helpdesk, desktop, or other relevant roles
• Experiences in supporting Microsoft products (Win7, Win10, MS Office, Win Server, Exchange)
• Good understanding in Networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi , Cisco R&S) (technical hands-on will be advantageous, but NOT A MUST)
• Holder of Microsoft / Cisco qualifications (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP) would be advantageous (NOT A MUST)
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer services skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
