Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • The ability to understand and translate client business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Building documentation for functional and high-level technical specifications, including flows and architectural diagrams.
  • Evaluation of platform integrations with external systems, extensions and customizations.
  • Determine system architecture requirements.
  • Provide technical solutions for projects and support development team members.
  • Manage code quality of project implementation team. Ensure that all of code and solution in project is flow Loyalty best practice and high performances.
  • Design and analyze the data architecture, application architecture and development/deploy process.
  • Communicate with technical team, infrastructure structure team to get decisions solution advices and make sure application work with bester performance and saving the resource.
  • Providing end users with platform training and production support.
  • Help propose strategic long-term improvements and ongoing consultation with existing clients.
  • Provide a leading role in project discovery and definition workshops, pre-validating scope and development estimates, and expanding requirements and designs. Creating draft effort estimations needing minimal validation with the head of practice and development team.
  • Involve in building solutions into thought-provoking proposals that lead to winning new business.
  • Follow up on the project delivery with project manager to make sure the delivered work is according to project objectives. Acumen to convert plans into viable solutions.

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience working with CRM Loyalty.
  • Strong understanding of CRM Loyalty capabilities and solutions.
