The Job:

• Collect business requirement from stakeholder within Operations Division
• Perform feasibility study and gap analysis to provide suitable solutions addressing users’ needs
• Liaise with end-users and IT delivery partners to facilitate alignment of understanding of requirements between business and IT
• Coordinate project assignments, schedules and oversee overall project progress
• Prepare UAT plan and assist users in UAT and project implementation
• Work with the IT Team to ensure the project deliverable 
• Post implementation review and production problem solving

The Candidate:

• Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience in banking and insurance project
• Strong experience in business analyst / project management
• Good knowledge in financial products and services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
