We are seeking a Windows server specialist/Systems engineer to perform day-to-day Windows support function. This would encompass all aspects of support for both dev/test/prod environments.

Job Description

Job Duties: 

• Manage Enterprise Windows system platform including Virtualization
• Responsible for system administration, system configuration, monitoring , backup
• Responsible for setup, maintenance and troubleshooting on VM platform or Physical server, ensure system availability
• Perform Disaster Recovery Environment management
• Provide Windows Server plus VM admin, backup, antivirus, storage etc. technical support
• Apply system patches and perform regular maintenance and upgrade
• Provide technical support to production systems on 24 X 7 basis

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT sector;
• Solid experience on Wintel systems administration, which includes change, patch, security, and application support;
• Strong technical skills on Windows server environment
• Good knowledge on computer products, such as VMWare, Citrix, MS SQL
• Good understanding of relevant policies, procedures, practices and rules;
• A good team player, organized, independent, self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
