Job Purpose:

• Formulate best practices and controls in related to internal and external guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor and control IT incident management related to production operation.
• Manage the major service providers to provide professional IT operation services such as data center and print center services.
• Monitor the performance of the service providers according to regulatory and internal requirements and ensure their performance meets the SLA.
• Responsible for procurement of Information Technology equipment, software and services.
• Support the internal &/or external audits.

Main Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of the statutory and regulatory requirements related to IT operations such as IA’s guidelines, PDPO, etc.
• Conduct regular review on IT outsourcing arrangements according to IA’s guidelines.
• Continuously improve IT operations to close audit gaps.
• Ensure IT operations are followed closely and accurately according to the different requirements.
• Involve directly in incidents or problems that cause service impacts and acts as escalation point for incidents not being resolved in a timely manner.
• Monitor and control day-to-day outstanding incident reports and follow up closely with different parties to handle the incidents.
• Manage procurement cycle, negotiate pricing / contracts with suppliers, and minimize commercial risks.
• Implement IT procurement strategies and policies.
• Act as the coordinator to provide the required information as per internal &/or external auditors.
• Support the ad-hoc jobs assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Incumbent Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or relate discipline.
• Holder of COBIT, ITIL or relevant certification is preferred.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in IT governance and at least 7 years working experience in IT industry.
• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to team up with different stakeholders for join delivery.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical people, ability to communicate with all levels of organization.
• Experience in contract negotiation, supplier sourcing and management.
• Sound experience in procurement framework, strategy and policy design and execution.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Can work independently and a good team player.
