Job Description
Working Location: DHL Central Asia Hub, Chek Lap Kok
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to maintain the availability of the IT Network (LAN/WAN/WLAN) and infrastructure including network devices , servers , end user devices & computer room management
- Monitor server and network performance
- Respond to IT Tickets, troubleshoot & investigate the IT problems
- Manage and work with vendors to resolve IT problems & incidents
- Manage & coordinate IT projects to deploy and commission new server hardware and network devices
- Ensure the compliance and implement IT security controls as according to Global / Regional / Local policies and standards
- Documentations for IT process, technical document, user training document and inventory
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
- Provide on call support / onsite support during non-office hours for emergency case
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Services, Engineering or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a technical support role, experience in large corporate in logistics/ transportation industry or warehouse type facility is preferred
- Hands-on experience of on network monitoring and troubleshooting including routers/switches/firewalls,
- Experience on IT security products such as Firewall, Endpoint protection, Endpoint management, Email Security
- Knowledge in Microsoft server and VMware
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with project management experience;
- Proactive problem solver with customer focused mind set
- Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- CCNA, CCNP is an added advantage
