Job Description
My client is a Japanese multinational company, looking for a SAP candidate to join their IT team.
Responsibilities:

- Provide first level support to handle daily enquiry and requirement on applications
- Monitor and liaise with vendors for ongoing application enhancement
- Assist in system integration an User acceptance test
- Diagnose application issues
- prepare documents - Requirement specification, test plan, user training
- 2 years or above relevant working experience on SAP function support
- Knowledge of SQL or database programming
- Customer oriented in service delivery
- Good command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
