Responsibilities:

• Assist in multiple IT/software/mobile application projects, provide status reports, develop effective resolutions and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Provide direction to Project Management and Development team.
• Develop project scopes, plans, schedules and budget.
• Define document functional requirements / specification and in sufficient detail for system implementation and operation.
• Gather business requirements, perform analysis to evaluate the information gathered and define application workflow.
• Setup on-going support procedure to ensure the maintenance service and technical solution of the project.
• Arrange and attend project meeting with clients or related stakeholders.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information System or related discipline.
• 3 years or above solid experience in project management, highly preferably gained from IT sector.
• Familiar in security market and mobile application development is a definite advantage.         
• Proficient in MS Office & MS Project applications.     
• Good spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Possesses certification in PRINCE 2 or PMP will be an added advantage.
• More experience will be considered as Assistant Project Management Manager.
